EYES and MIND on one thing. Yes, we can start understanding the meaning of staying focused with that simple sentence. Let me make you understand the meaning of staying focused in other simple words that is to stay concentrated on what you are currently doing.

In today’s world, people are finding it too difficult to stay focused in their life. The reasons can be different for each and every individual. It can be destruction from different sources around them. People find it very difficult to avoid all of them and ultimately failed to achieve what they want in their life.



Good news???

What if I say you can be stay focused easily in your life? Yes it is hard to believe in beginning but if you follow the techniques here you will start getting result. The condition is to follow is religiously and let me know the result. So let’s start what to do to stay focused in your life and achieve your desired goal.

Make Productive use of your phone by making ‘To do list’:

Do you know you have an application or function called ‘To do list’ in your cell phone. Yes we can use it too and it will make a huge difference in your life to stay focused and get desired result. I will share my technique here what I am doing, I make ‘to do list’ a night before I sleep. This will help me to set my priorities for the next day and continuously help my mind to concentrate on the things which is to be done to reach my destination. This is tried and tasted, believe me it works.


Leave your social media alone for sometime:

I know we love to use our phone at all time except at the time we sleep. Here I am not asking you not to use your phone at all but I asking you to stay away from phone especially all your social media stuff when you are doing something important. The addiction of spending time on social media has proven the most common destruction for the people in their life to stay focused. Just practice to put your phone in another room or simply keep your cell phone out of your reach when you are working on something important. Can I request you to try this for few days??



Adopt ‘One thing at a time’ formula:

This is the most important technique and easy to follow as well to start staying focused. This technique will help you immensely in many ways in your life. Start this practice from smallest of thing in your day to day life. Whether you are eating, drinking water or taking bath, simply you just need to put your heart, soul and mind on what you are doing. Can’t believe this??? Just try it for few days and let me know how you feel after practicing it. Once you are habituated of this technique you will start creating wonders by staying focused on everything you do.



Find a Place called ‘Pin drop silence place’ to work:

Believe it or not this has huge impact on your mind. I personally believe that if you want your mind to flow freely and productively you just need silence or in other words you need quite place. This will allow your mind to stay concentrated on what you currently doing. For this you need to find a particular place for your everyday work where you feel good and happy. This will help your mind to think out of the box. Can I know your feedback on this??



Do you like coffee or tea??

Here I mean to say a cup of tea or a coffee will make you feel energized and help you to stay focused. Though this technique is not highly recommended by many but I am sharing my personal experience. It has worked for me; you can also try in your life. Here, I would like to add,"Anything more than a limit is extremism and extremism is irrational". So you can have coffee or tea in your day to day life but not much. In short it should not be habit.



Deep ‘sleep’ stops your mind ‘flip’

Last but not the least, sleeping habit is having a huge impact on our mental and physical health. As we all know we need to give proper rest to your mind and body everyday to function properly. Here just an enough sleep will give you boost to your entire body including your mind and soul to work more effectively every time. I personally believe that you should give all your priority to your sleeping schedule every day. Let’s start practicing this technique now and go one step forward towards your goal.

I am also aware that these days people find it too difficult to stay focused that is the reason why I come up with few effective techniques which helped me a lot in my personal as well as professional life.
